For successful dip, mix just like this: Mix cream cheese until smooth. Mix in 1/2 cup sour cream. if it feels a little thick mix 1/4 cup more. Mix 2 packets seasoning. slowly, and i mean slowly add the beer. you don't want runny beer dip! Mix 2 cups cheese shred to start. I like to use sharp cheddar cheese.
